It is funny
How little sense
It all makes
When you are bored
Out of your mind,
And you find
Yourself leaving your
Mortal thoughts behind
To embrace the beauty
Of ill-defined,
But it is nothing
Unusual for it happens
All the time…
It seems that we
Hold meetings
Only to waste
Each other’s time.

This is grand, Aaysid. The beauty of the ill-defined and meetings that waste each other’s time in the same poem. Awesomeness. Resonates deeply. ☺️💙

Haha! I think you’ve hit the nail on the head. It’s better to zone off by oneself. No more meetings… 🙂

Haha, yeah, zoning off seems like the only sane solution for such situations. Thank you. 😊

Those last lines! So powerfully true. Often it feels like the inclusive aspect of meetings makes it impossible for anyone to be heard . . .

That’s tragic, indeed. Thank you so much.😊
