Empty.
The kind where it
Does not matter
What kind
Of empty you are;
Not sad empty,
Nothing to be
Glad about it
Either,
It just is.
Maybe
This is how
It is supposed
To feel
Every time
There is nothing
There
To feel.

“On the fifth day, which was a Sunday, it rained very hard. I like it when it rains hard. It sounds like white noise everywhere, which is like silence but not empty.”

Your poem reminds me of meditation. Emptying the busy mind. Becoming the silent witness. 🧘🏻♀️ You are the Queen of Quotes. Love this one! 🌦️

Ah, there is a certain possibility that comes with the emptiness you are describing. Inside of this space, paradoxically, all is found. A lovely write,
Aaysid. ☺️

Yes, there are times when you feel nothing, just blank. Thank you for reminding me of it 🙂

It’s all the fault of those philosophers who can’t seem to fill a wine glass properly, and do a “half full/half empty” ritual dance rather than drink a drop that fills a gap and makes an end point. A wine glass half full of poison is better to be spilled and left empty.

Empty empty
Said my head
Nuffing in it
To be read
Sounds like writers block…..
I’m doomed Aaysid……

I know others experience this but ‘writer’s block’ is not in my vocabulary. I can’t keep up. Diagnosed with bipolar mania won’t let WB in. Hence my crazy writes which often come out………

Wow! Writer’s block is not an enjoyable experience anyway so I think you are not missing out on it. Your crazy writes are more saner than you think, and are a treat for your readers!😊
